Main Event Check In is 8:00 am - 9:00 am on Saturday, February 8, 2020.
Please make sure you have everything you need to Check In BEFORE you enter the Check In line, to keep everything running smooth!

- A Printed copy of your Entry Receipt (or a Screenshot). We will not be able to look this up at the Check In Lines, but will have a HELP DESK set up to assist players as needed.

Top Cut - Sunday
Players, please be in the venue at 9:00 am Sunday to begin the Day 2 event. Any updates to this will be posted on the Pairings/Information Boards, on Facebook and instructed by your Head Judge.

Side Events will be hosted each day, starting Friday when the doors open to the public!
Players can pay and register for Side Events at the Prize Wall. Entry cost will be based on the type of event.

We recommend you register for any events early to secure your spot!

World Championship Qualifier
The primary side event of the System Open Series is the World Championship Qualifier.
Entry: $20.00
The event is open to everyone.
Onsite registration 9:00-10:00 am
Format: Extended game mode
Details: 5 Swiss rounds.
Players who are eliminated from the main event during the Day 2 elimination rounds may join the World Championship Qualifier, with byes for the rounds they missed, up to the Top 8.
PRIZES:
Players who go undefeated will win an invitation to the next Star Wars: X-Wing World Championship!
Prize tickets will be awarded for each round that players play as well as for each win they earn.

Spectators are encouraged to join us during the Fort Worth weekend!
There is no cost for to attend and spectators are encouraged to play in the Side Events and spectate the rounds.
